The company was founded by Robert Fisher (Bob) in 2017.  A long-time trucking operator and company executive, whom attained a CDL certification and routinely receives OSHA/MSHA training.  His trucking experience covers 22 years: 19 as a truck freight driver, and 3 years as a CEO.  He believed he could do things better by providing more options for transport with a quality service. He has created successful freight solutions in multiple facets of the industry based on his philosophy of great service, exceeding customer expectations, and honest hard work.

A long-time trucking operator and company executive, he attained a CDL certification and routinely receives OSHA/MSHA training.  His trucking experience covers 22 years: 19 as a truck freight driver, and 3 years as a CEO.  His experience involves moving refrigerated food loads, general freight, and ground freight. He also developed the capacity to haul waste and general construction materials, as well as, snow removal and specialized freight.  Bob, along with the business consultant and marketing executive, is responsible for assisting with completing applications for local, county, state and federal minority certifications.  He is self-certified as a minority contractor.  Bob spends an average of 55-60 hours a week in managing his business.

Moreover, to support the expansion of his company, he secured an MBA professional for marketing and procurement, utilizes a tax professional, purchased three trucks and expects to purchase several more in 2020. Bob brings a strong work ethic to each job opportunity.

Mr. Roy L. Jones, Business Procurement-Marketing Director

Rutgers University, BA, Rowan University, MA, University Southern New Hampshire, MS in Business Administration and Marketing & Temple University Doctoral work. He is also Executive Director of the National Institute for Healthy Human Spaces, Inc., and assist minority business owners with procurement opportunities in the private and public sectors.  He is a licensed minister and will host A Northeast Regional Minority Procurement Fair in mid-July 2020.

  • Operations:Maintains its facilities, conducts its operations, and performs its services, in a manner designed to provide sustainable, safe and secure transportation and logistics operations for its customers, and that protects the environment, and the safety, health and security of its associates, its customers and their associates, facilities and products, and the public.
  • Priority:Makes SHE&S considerations a priority in planning and operations.
  • Communications Training:Reports promptly to officials, associates, customers and the public, information on SHE&S risks and hazards and recommended protective measures. Provides regular training for its personnel on SHE&S issues related to their work responsibilities.
  • Public Policy:Participates with government and industry to create responsible laws, regulations and standards to safeguard the community, workplace and environment.
  • Continuous Improvement:Strives for continuous improvement in programs, work processes and performance related to SHE&S, by conducting regular examination of its operations, in
    relation to best industry practices and, to the extent applicable, to identify opportunities for improvement, and by establishing goals and measuring achievement.
